Price

The tax-inclusive price displayed for the applicable App Store storefront in the app and on Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet before purchase applies. Prices may vary by country or region, currency, tax rules, or changes to Apple’s pricing.

Charges in addition to the price

Users are responsible for internet-access and data charges needed to download the app, complete a purchase and use the service. There is no shipping charge for digital content.

Payment method and timing

Payment is made through App Store in-app purchase using the payment method associated with the Apple Account. The Apple Account is charged when the purchase is confirmed. MichiLoop Plus is charged for the next period within 24 hours before renewal. Apple’s terms apply to payment processing.

Delivery

Eligible features become available immediately after Apple completes the transaction and the app verifies a valid purchase through StoreKit. Verification may take longer because of connectivity or the availability of the App Store or other Apple services. MichiLoop Plus features are available while the subscription is active.

Features available without an additional purchase

Photo and video capture, voice notes, unlimited ride logging, basic one-day plans, up to three saved plans and drafts in total, Spot Book, journals, basic media editing, safety features, access to and deletion of saved data, and basic export are available without purchasing Creator Pack or MichiLoop Plus.

Creator Pack

Creator Pack is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks eligible advanced media-finishing features. It is not a subscription. It can be restored through Restore Purchases in the app when the App Store confirms a valid purchase for the same Apple Account.

MichiLoop Plus

MichiLoop Plus is an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. While active, it includes Creator Pack features, 2-to-14-day trips, a fourth or later saved plan or draft, KML and map-link imports, per-leg transport, avoidance and route-candidate settings, and a second or later vehicle. Unless cancelled, it renews for the selected subscription period. Available plans and the features included with each plan are shown in the app and on Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet before purchase.

14-day free trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial of the annual MichiLoop Plus plan. The monthly plan does not include a free trial. Apple determines eligibility and displays it on the purchase confirmation sheet. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to the paid annual plan at the price shown when the trial begins.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

MichiLoop Plus renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Cancel through Subscriptions in the Apple Account settings on iOS or iPadOS, or use Apple’s subscription-management page below. Deleting the app from a device does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, Plus remains available until the current subscription period ends.

Returns, purchase cancellation and refunds

Because the products are digital content, returns or exchanges for the user’s convenience are not accepted after delivery begins. Apple decides purchase-cancellation and refund eligibility under its process, terms and applicable law. Use Apple’s service below to request a refund. There is normally no application deadline. If a time-limited offer or campaign is provided, its period and conditions will be displayed in the app or on Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet.

System requirements

MichiLoop requires iOS 17 or later or iPadOS 17 or later. Before purchasing, review Compatibility on MichiLoop’s App Store product page for the latest supported operating systems, devices and other requirements. Some features require a compatible device, permissions, an internet connection or Apple services.
